Chairman & Managing Director
A mechanical engineer by qualification and was the promoter director of the erstwhile American Remedies Ltd, which was one of South India’s largest pharmaceutical formulation companies until it was acquired by a pharmaceutical giant at a substantial valuation in the year 2000. He has served in the pharmaceutical field for over 30 years and has been actively involved in several industry bodies and associations. |

Mr. V.R. RAVIKUMAR
Director - Finance
A chartered accountant by qualification, who headed the finance functions of the Erstwhile American Remedies Ltd until it was acquired in the year 2000. Along with the Chairman and Managing Director, founded the Company and has been ably serving on the board of director since its inception. He is looking after the finance division of the company. |

Head - Exports
He has been involved with Saimirra since 2008 and is now heading the Exports Division, which is the company’s main focus.
