The Manufacturing facility is located on the 100 ft Main Road of SIDCO Estate, Ambattur, a premium industrial area in the outskirt of the Chennai City, within 30 minutes driving distance from the Airport.

Production Capacity:

• Tableting: Each of the tableting section has a capacity of 0.5 million to 1 million tablets per day depending upon the size of the tablet and the nature of the products.  3 Automatic coating machines have the capacity to coat around 500-600 kgs. of tablets per shift.
• 2 Hard Gelatin encapsulation areas have the capacity to produce about a million capsules a day.
• 2 Soft gelatin capsulation lines have the capacity to produce a million soft gelatin capsules a day.
• Two Automatic Oral Liquid Filling Packing Lines can pack around 50000 bottles in a shift.
• 2 Sachet Filling Areas for the capacity to pack about 30000 to 40000 sachets in a day.
• 2 Topical Creams and Ointment Areas with capacity to fill and pack about 15000 Poly Laminated tubes and about 8000 Aluminum tubes in a shift.
• The packing area is equipped with a wide range of machines like High Speed Alu/Alu Machines-2 Nos., Blister Packing Lines-5 Nos., An Automatic High Speed Plastic Container packing and labeling line, Strip Packing Machine-2 Nos.
• The Testing Laboratory has the approval by the Drug Department under Form 37, which qualifies the Laboratory for commercial purposes.  The testing lab has all the necessary instruments and equipments like HPLCs with Autosamplers, GC with Head Space, UV/IR Spectrophotometers, HPTLC, a well-equipped Wet Lab, Hot Lab and the Microbiological Testing Lab. A dedicated area has been provided for testing the Herbal/Ayurvedic products.
• The major utilities at the facility comprise the following:
  • 600 kgs. Thermax Diesel Boiler: 2 Nos.
  • 800 KVA Transformer
  • Complete set of DM water plant with SS Pipe fittings meeting the USP Standards
  • Air Handling Units: 27 nos. with capacities ranging from 1000 to 8000 CFM
  • Dehumidifiers with capacities ranging from 750 to 2200 CFM
  • Chiller Plant - 2 Nos. with capacity of 114 TR to 57 TR
  • Dry Air Compressors Capacity ranging from 45 CFM to 200 CFM
  • Diesel Generators for backup power capacity 540 KVA
  • In-house Laundry comprising of the following equipments
    • Cloth Washer
    • Hydro Extractor
    • Cloth Drier
